I accidentally ordered the wrong size band and, based on past experiences with returns from other places, I was expecting it to be a whole hassle. But I emailed them and got clear instructions back the same day, which was a nice surprise.

I sent it back, and the refund showed up a few days after they received it. No annoying back-and-forth or confusion, which makes me feel comfortable ordering from them again...

Something about this just doesn’t feel legit to me. I had to spend way too much time digging around and trying to figure out if the brand was actually trustworthy, and that’s not really the kind of effort I want to put in before buying something

Pretty comfy overall, but the fit is tighter than expected. I’d size up if you’re between sizes.

I used the instructions on lojobands.com and yeah, they were clear overall. Like, I wasn’t sitting there totally confused or anything, the steps were laid out in a way that made sense and most of it was just simple enough to get through without overthinking it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because there were a couple little spots where I kinda had to figure it out myself, like an extra sentence or picture would’ve helped. But it still worked fine, not a big deal, just could be explained a tiny bit better in those parts.

Paying was quick and simple, and I didnt notice any random extra charges pop up. Overall, it was fine.

I ordered a couple of bands from lojobands.com i’m happy with them. They feel sturdier than I expected, with a thicker material that doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy at all.
I’ve been wearing mine often over the last few weeks and it still looks good, with no peeling or weird stretching so far. Shipping was decent, not the fastest, but nothing to complain about. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because I’d love to see a few more size options, but overall I’d definitely say they’re worth it

They’re not totally perfect though, one of the bands feels a little tighter than the others, which is kind of annoying. Still, overall I’m happy with them and I do feel like I’m getting results

I do like how this band looks, and it fits comfortably, so no complaints there. That said, it definitely picks up dust and sweat faster than I expected. It’s easy enough to wipe down, but I find myself cleaning it more often than I’d like. For the price, it’s not bad, I just wish the material stayed looking fresh a little longer
